The privacy of our online visitors, customers, and employees is of great importance for Ultraware. Therefore, we handle personal information with particular care. This statement will notify what personally identifiable information is collected from you, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.

Your personal data is retained no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which Ultraware originally obtained the information, with a limitation of 10 years from the last update of the information or 10 years from the termination of the agreement.

Ultraware can choose to retain personal information (temporarily), if this is required by law and is not disproportionately interfering with your privacy.

Sharing of personal information

Ultraware will only share your personal information if this is necessary to perform the task specified in the agreement and to meet any legal obligations. Companies that have to process your information by order of Ultraware, will have to sign a data processing agreement to ensure that your information is processed with the same level of privacy and security. Ultraware will remain responsible for the processing of this data.


Ultraware only uses functional cookies that are necessary to display a correct webpage.

Control over your personal data

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your own personal information. Furthermore, you have the right to withdraw the consent to process your personal information or to object the processing of your personal information by Ultraware. Lastly, you have the right of data portability. This means that you can request a digital document containing the personal information that Ultraware possesses.

We will respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible, within 4 weeks at the latest. Ultraware also wants to point out that you have the possibility to fill a complaint at the regulatory authorities or the Dutch DPA (Data Protection Authority).
