In some cases, we will need more than just spoken information to deliver the required level of support. To fix a problem or to give a hands-on explanation of our software, we may ask you to share your screen. We use our Ultraware Support software to allow you to grant safe access to your system for as long as you consider necessary.
To use Remote Support, follow these steps:
1. Download the application (1.8 MB) here
2. Open the downloaded file
3. Communicate your ID (“Uw ID”) and Password to the Ultraware employee
